Results Of The Selected PollQuestion:Do you think the Labour Government should introduce compulsory ID cards? Our Opinion:Your local Liberal Democrats are leading the fight against Labour's introduction of ID Cards. We would rather see money spent on extra police officers on our streets. We think that the ID Card scheme will be an expensive and ineffective infringement on our civil liberties. Your local Lib Dem councillors recently led a motion that saw Waltham Forest Council affiliate to the NO2ID Campaign, which callsfor the scheme to be scrapped. We would love to know what you think.
